Franklin Pierce University softball freshman catcher Cat Simmons (Pine Plains, N.Y.) was a perfect 2-for-2 at the plate while sophomore left fielder Ashley Rosario (Queensbury, N.Y.) plated the only run in the game as the Ravens were throttled 22-1 in five innings by Northeast-10 Conference divisional foe Southern New Hampshire University Monday afternoon on the SNHU Softball Field. With the win, the Penmen improve to 21-4, 5-1 NE10 and 4-0 in the Northeast Division. The loss was the 15th of the year for the Ravens, the fifth in league play and the fourth divisional setback.
