Is it pretty common to see both age groups for an organization on the same roster for a tourney. Have the 13's play on Saturday and the 14's on Sunday?

The first thing to look at is if the tournament is a "Qualifier" for that sanction's Championship Tournament. If it is not, then no worries.
It is not uncommon to see this in the fall and winter when teams are just trying to get field time for their players.

I would think that you would want the younger girls to get as many games as possible not just games on sat. maybe they could have went deep on sun. at another tournament on their own.
