Vikings Elite 14U will be attending. Went to the tournament last year and loved it. Ran well with good competition from southern ohio and west va.

Here's the teams that I heard would be there (I'm just not sure what age groups these teams are representing, except for the Vikings Elite, which I know at least the 14U and 16U will be there)

KC Diamond elite 2-3 teams

dont know which age group you are playing in but I guarntee a high level of competetion from the 14u baseburners---not my kids org but that team is loaded. Our 12u bunch and the KC diamond Elite 12's and 12u baseburners should be pretty good. I'll try to get you some more info when I talk to coach scoob on sunday. We can verify the level of play from Baseburners 14U. Beat us 1-0 last year in Lucasvile and are coming back looking for a good rematch. Level of compettion in the 14U was very good last season. A update on the teams and ages would be good if you can get it. Also, Scoob was to send us the registration forms when his computer was back up. I will PM you with our mailing information in case he needs to do it that way.

I got an email a week or so ago from Aaron saying he was going to post something about what teams are in this tournament, but I haven't seen anything yet. Does anyone know if there is an official list out here (or somewhere) for this tournament?

For real the 12u field is going to be very good. Not many central ohio teams get to see the best from WV. and a good bunch from Ky.

WV Mountain Thunder should be good. They had an 11u pitcher last year that was dang good.
KC Diamond Elite played together as mainly 11's last year and now are ready to compete bigtime.
Baseburners from here in Scioto Co are a sleeper team for most of the state. I guarntee these girls can play. hopefully they will get in , we recently signed up for their tourney. hopefully they will come to ours. Their 14's are great.

Still taking teams , lots of good competetion. Saw the 10u Buckeye Divas practicing, they are the real deal . When tournies start and they play just 10 instead of all 14-15 girls they will be tough. (would hate to try keep parents all happy :-X)

Lots of parking , nice tennis courts/basketball courts at the site . Concessions are good. I think we will have a helmet painter. 4 fields . MD

Hey MD and Scoob,

Turnout looks great! The Dragons all discussed that we hadn't played in a tournament on this side of Ohio and this will be a first for us. The girls are all looking forward to it. Just far enough away from central ohio to make it feel like an adventure! Looking forward to seeing the schedule. Will there be Friday games or just Sat and Sunday?

UPDATE --- Fields are full for the 12 and 14u age groups . scoob said 10 12u's and 12 14u's I think. There is 7 10u teams and he would like to have an even number. Looking for 1 more 10u team.

NOTE TO THE 16u Teams---this age group has been dropped ---SORRY but there were only 3 maybe 4 teams signed up. Scoob mentioned 2 teams had already sent in cash--it will be returned in full. wish we did'nt have too but the interest level is just not high enough.

really excited about the 12u group ---several teams are in that don't ever get to play each other

KC diamond elite or diamond gem's (??) have a great core. They have a 12u 6th grader that has started varsity all year . You can do that in ky. She is there # 2 arm I believe but recently had 5 rbi's in a 10-0 win. And the game winning double a few weeks ago in a 3-2 win over a fine Ashland ky team.

TNT is a group of 11's that won the ASA regionals as 10's last year. very solid .

Mountain thunder has a great pitcher. very solid team.

The minford flames have a girl that throws really hard for a 12u kid. don't know about the rest of their squad but this girl hits low 50's for sure. (her dad said 57-59 )

Plus Classics , dragons chill etc etc can't wait. MD
