Entry Fee $425
All 9 fields will have 200-210ft temporary fences
Most of our umpires last year were college world series umpires and we anticipate bringing in the finest crews possible once again this June
$5 gate fee per car per day; pre-sale passes per team will be available
3 or more teams from the same organization receive a $25 discount per team
Coolers will be permitted, but no grills please

Changes for the upcoming Invitational
We will be going back to the double elimination format that has brought us so many high quality teams in years past.
We will be bringing back the Crush One for the Cure program in which we gathered donations for each home run hit in the tournament. 2 years ago we donated roughly $2,000 to the Susan G. Komen Foundation with the help of many outstanding companies, and participating softball organizations.
We will also be bringing back our college exposure aspect to the event by inviting coaches from all over Ohio and the surrounding states. We will have a profile area for each team to submit their information, profile holders on each of the dugouts, and will once again be affiliated with Captain U. In years past we have had many coaches attend from Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Michigan, Illinois, West Virginia, and Ohio.

We will be looking at hosting a 10u and 12u tournament earlier in the year in May. We are discussing options for locations currently. With so much interest in the older age groups (every year we are turning teams away in 16u and 18u) we decided to have more space in those age groups for that weekend and focus on the younger age groups on a better weekend.

There are two other big tournaments this weekend-Bat Wars and Dayton Metro. I think posting a team list will help a lot of us make up our minds to travel or to stay local on this one. 16u?

Yes, we have had competition from other big tournaments on this weekend over the last 4 years, but we have always put together an outstanding list of teams from all over Ohio as well as surrounding states. An updated list will come out after Thanksgiving. We are hosting our annual night at the Races this Saturday so much of our focus is on making that as big as a success as it was last year.
