This is always a strong tournament. Terry runs a very nice tourney and you could'nt ask for a better park to play at.

Danger 12U,

I agree --Terry runs a very good event and gives very good awards.

In addition, I think most people know there is no parking fee or gate charge and the concession stand is very reasonable--not to mention the quality and variety of food. Real bathrooms are also a plus as are the shaded bleacher areas. This past Fall, we also raised the backstops 6 feet to provide more protection against fouled balls and we did a lot of work on 3 of the 4 infields to make them more fastpitch compatible. We are also trying to work on the parking areas and finally we hope to have portable fencing for the 2 larger diamonds---if we can get the portable fencing, we will have 5 diamonds with 205 ft fences.

Danger 12U--no feeding the skunks in 2010--that one you befriended by feeding it last year took up residence in my barn.

Event Update - January 13

The May 29.30 Shoot out will now become the USSSA 12u and 14u Southern State Tournament.

Mike Craig has left USSSA, and this tournament needed a director. After discussions with Denny Rose, USSSA State Director, and Bob Darden, this date and location was selected to host the State toournament.
