Howard - can you give me a better visual on the "ball down and elbow up move out of the glove" for the catcher? I have usually seen what I describe as an "out of the glove, back to the ear" type of move.

You describe it well and it looks like a push as the ball is above the elbow.

We teach ball down out of the glove which puts the elbow above the hand and rotate to a circle up and over back of the hand forward and ball face the back stop and throw.

PM'd you the password

Thank you, Doug. You're a good man.

Doctor poked her, prodded her, jostled her...no pain. He asked her to do her throwing motion without a ball and the pain appeared. She pointed to it and he looked at it and his diagnosis was tendinitis. It is located around the upper part of her tricep right below the shoulder. Anti-inflammatory meds for a week coupled with ice and rest from all throwing/lifting type motions for two weeks. Then an attempt to resume normal activities. If the pain is still there in two weeks with treatment and rest, then we go to the ortho...His opinion, however, was that the meds, ice and REST (I'm a bad dad :() should take care of the problem.
