Rant- Its very tasteless to try and recruit players for your team while a game is going on that you are not involved with. If there was not kids around I probably would have told you what I thought of you interrupting me while my daughter was up to bat. Get some class.

We have had this done 2 years in a row!! Very classless and by very reputable teams. Even IF we were looking to jump ship I wouldn't of looked at either team because of the way we were approached. Wonder if the organizations board is aware of these practices??;&

I can see maybe approaching someone in between games in private but it looks real bad when your approached during your daughters game and you have no intentions on your daughter leaving the team they are on. This guy approached multiple people during our game passing out cards and telling everyone when his tryouts are. If your team is that good the players should be coming to you.
