From my understanding, as long as there is no neon yellow/green, you should be alright. I have seen many college pitchers use white gloves with no issue. My DD will be using the white A2000 come spring as well.

Should be acceptable. I have never seen an ump call out a white glove as a distraction (but over the years - I have seen a lot of things I had never seen before) - plus that silver Ain't gonna be white for long -
This past summer we faced a girl from the Virginia Cannons ...she had extremely long laces on her glove ....I mean a good 5-6 inches longer than normal. To me it was a distraction ...I never seen anything like that...every lace was like a little whip ....ump did not say a word ...
