This clinic will be covering all skills from basic footwork to taking pitches off the pitching machine.


Cost is $30.00 per Hitter

Clinic is from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm
(1 hr break for lunch)
Coach Cunningham will discuss College Recruitment, NCAA Rules for Recruitment during lunch break. (Lunch is on your own. McDonalds, Subway close by)

Coach Cunningham is a 2000 graduate of Capital, where she enjoyed a stellar playing career. She earned both All-America and Academic All-America? honors, receiving All-America laurels during all 4 seasons and earning first-team Academic All-America honors her senior year. A centerfielder while at Capital, Cunningham set a Crusader season record with her .542 batting average in 1998, and her career batting average of .488 also set a Capital record. She also set Capital season and career records for at bats, hits, runs and stolen bases.

Really interested................. What age groups and skill level?

If you want to attend this clinic... no matter what age or skill set you are. 30 bucks will get you a great clinic with a great coach. This is our first, soon to be, annual clinic. So we will only get better. Age is not a factor, so 8U-18U will there. They will be spread about so everyone is even in the groups...The older girls that have expierence can help the younger girls without any...you know... we just want to have fun, and get some good skill lessons in.

I will post the flyer here as soon as we nail down some last minute details...

My DD is working with Coach Cunningham right now and I will tell you she is an EXPERT in slapping & the short game. She also is just awesome in relating to the players. $30 is a big bargin to have her work with your DD on slapping. Don't miss out on this one!!

Cassie is a very nice person and works well with kids. My DD has been to her clinics for over two years. She does a good job, we use a slightly different footwork style when bunting and slapping than she teaches, but like most good coaches, that isn't an issue .

1 hour and 40 mins from Springfield . 70 E to 42 N. Mt Gilead is on 42.
Clinics ? Many , see under General section . Howard and CB are having many this fall and winter. WSU use to very good, but not sure with Coach B being gone.
We would be going to this slapping clinic, but have already signed up for Kent State Slapping Clinic.
