Is this clinic geared toward the girl that is just beginning to slap or is it a mix of experienced slappers and thos who are new at at? How will the girls be grouped? By age? Experience/ Skill Level? Could I get some more info on how the clinic is run?

In case anyone else is wondering, Coach Cunningham and her staff of OWU softball players will be doing the instruction for the Camp. starting with footwork and several stations with taking balls off the live pitching machine. Great Camp and for $8.75 /hr camp fee (4 hour) camp cant beat the price.

Just wanted to keep everyone up to speed.

This being our second year, and first time with pre-registration, we failed (Never gave it a thought really) to get e-mail addresses so that we could send confirmations. We have made changes for next year to correct this problem.

If you would like a confirmation, send me a PM or e-mail to bstaleyATcolumbus.rr.com with the players name and I will gladly confirm for you.

Just wanted to put out a reminder that registrations, waivers, and fee's need to be post marked by Oct 29 for early bird pricing. We still have openings.

We will have Door Prizes, Mt. Gilead Athletic Boosters will be running the Food Stand, and there will be Clinic T-Shirts available for $10 bucks. They can be customized for an additional cost.

So if you are wanting to attend, please go to the web site listed on page 1 and download the forms, and get them in the mail.

If you attended the Slap clinic on Nov 7, 2010 in Mt. Gilead, could you please check your DD's equipment Bag, someone lost a Rip-It Wire face mask. It has the name Paxon # 7 on the foam at the top. If you find it, please contact me by PM so we can make arrangements to get it returned. Thank you so much.

On a side note we had 46 young ladies attend our 2nd camp. two from PA. We thank you call for coming and we look forward to seeing you over the summer and at our 3rd Annual clinic next fall.

I want to send kudos out to Coach Cassie AND her team. Well run, fun and I will measure all future clinics with this one!!!! Good tempo, good drills and her team makes it fun! I do not want to leave out the Mount Gilead coaches and staff for hosting and doing a great job!
