Springfield, Mo. - One day after winning a dramatic 14 inning contest, the Marian softball team came up short Tuesday morning as they fell 1-0 to Baker University in 10 innings. The loss was the Knights' first of the season as their record stands at 50-1 overall this season, forcing Marian into the consolation bracket of the Springfield Opening Round.
