[Softball-CH] Winter Weather Washes Away Senior Day Series
PALOS HEIGHTS (Ill.) — Hoping to preempt the winter weather system moving through the Chicagoland area, the Robert Morris University-Illinois softball team moved Saturday morning's Senior Day series with Lindenwood University-Belleville to the synthetic surface of the Schaaf Athletic Complex at Trinity Christian College, but the teams were unable to play through steady sleet and frigid temperatures and the game was called after just two and a half innings of play.
