[Softball] Early runs lead Thomas past UHV

GULF SHORES, Ala. – Kelsey Connolly drove in four early runs to help lead the Thomas Night Hawks to an 8-3 win over the University of Houston-Victoria Jaguars in the Gulf Shores Bracket of the NAIA Softball Opening Round.


The Jaguars (30-17) will now face the loser of the Mobile-Brenau (Ga.) loser in an elimination game on Tuesday at 1 p.m. Thomas (39-14) advances to the winner's bracket to take on the Mobile-Brenau winner on Tuesday at 11 a.m.
