Despite being limited in the hits department Saturday, the University of Houston-Victoria Jaguars came up big in their final at bad to sweep the Huston-Tillotson Lady Rams with a walk-off 2-1 victory in a Red River Athletic Conference contest at the Victoria Youth Sports Complex.
Marisa Mendoza (JR/Houston, TX) got the rally going with a pinch-hit double down the left-field line. Mendoza then moved to third on a ground out by Emily Flores (JR/Houston, TX) for the second out.
