Springfield, Mo. - Facing elimination in the NAIA Opening Round for the first time since the 2016 OR Championship, the Marian softball team came from behind to beat IU-Southeast 5-2 Tuesday afternoon. Trailing 2-0, the Knights surged for five runs in the final three innings to pull off the win. Marian improves to 51-1 following the win and will play Baker in the title game Wednesday morning.
