The Clarke University softball team fell in the Heart of America Athletic Conference Championships on Friday, falling 4-3 to Mount Mercy University in Springfield, Missouri. The Pride jumped ahead early, but the Mustangs battled all the way until the end and put up the deciding run in the top of the seventh.
