After an exciting tear through the Southern Oregon Regional bracket, All-GSAC Senior and utility player Anessa Cepeda (SR/Long Beach, CA) was named to the NAIA All-American team.
Anessa played in 60 games for the Royals this season starting in all of them, ending the year with a .398 batting average. She earned 49 runs on 79 hits over 196 at bats with five homeruns and 18 doubles on the season. She is also the definition of utility - able to compete and win from any position on the field.
