ROSEMONT, Ill. – The Roosevelt softball team roared back from a 6-1 loss to the University of Chicago in the opener of the two sides' Tuesday night twinbill by breaking out the bats to defeat the Maroons in the finale, winning a 15-9 contest to split the non-conference doubleheader at The Ballpark at Rosemont.
