WALESKA, Ga. – Nine Lions were left on base by the Bryan College softball team in game one of Tuesday's Appalachian Athletic Conference twinbill at Reinhardt University compared to just four left by the Eagles. Reinhardt only outhit Bryan by one, 9-8, in the game and escaped by just a three-run difference, as the Eagles won 5-2. Despite the Lions trailing 6-11 in hits' column during game two, it was more of the same for Bryan, as eight more Lions were stranded. Bryan struggled to shake off the initial performance, and Reinhardt cruised for the 7-1 win to complete the conference sweep.
