The Week of Feb. 11 - 17 in Review
Only two California Pacific Conference teams were able to complete doubleheaders last week, one in Arizona and the other in Redding, Calif. Simpson, receiving votes in the NAIA national poll, blanked Eastern Oregon 6-0 and then came back to down William Jessup 8-5 in back-to-back contests on Sunday. Benedictine-Mesa (1-5 overall) was swept by Arizona Christian, 9-0 and 7-3, in non-conference action.
