The Week of April 22 - 28 in Review
Marymount California received votes in the latest NAIA Coaches' poll, becoming the only Cal Pac softball program other than Simpson to earn national recognition this season. The poll, compiled from NAIA coaches in every conference, began in 2000. Since that time, only two conference teams, SU and William Jessup, have been ranked in the Top 25. The Red Hawks first made the top 25 in the second poll of the 2014 season, and since that time they have been a fixture in the weekly poll, having been voted among the nation's top programs at least once over the past six springs. William Jessup was ranked No. 24 for one week in 2013, and received votes in another poll in the same season, as well as in 2012.
