[Softball-SP] Springfield Softball Draws USCAA World Series Berth
SPRINGFIELD (Ill.) -- The Robert Morris University-Springfield softball team has secured a bid to the 2018 USCAA Small College World Series tournament and will face Penn State University Schuylkill on May 14th, at Heindl Field in DuBois, Pennsylvania.
The Eagles postseason berth was announced during the USCAA Softball National Championship Selection Show, broadcast Monday on the Small College World Series tournment home page, and will be the first for the Springfield softball program and Head Coach Alexa McClaughry.
