Softball Splits Crosstown Doubleheader At Canisius
BUFFALO, NY – After a dominant 8-0 shutout in the opening game of the doubleheader against Canisius on Wednesday afternoon, the University at Buffalo softball team (15-23, 6-8 MAC) wasn’t able to secure the sweep as the Griffs came away with the 15-5 victory in the nightcap. Leandra Jew and Taylor Scott each notched their first career home runs in the game one victory over their crosstown rivals.
