YANKTON, South Dakota – May, 19 2017 – Mount Marty College (MMC) in Yankton, South Dakota, recently announced the commitment of Stephenie. A 2017 graduate of Verdigre Public School in Verdigre, NE. Ives will attend MMC next fall and play for the Lancers Softball program.
Ives is 5'6 Second basemen. She has been a part of multiple state tournaments. In 2014 her team placed 3rd in the Class D state tournament
"We're happy to have Stephenie join our program. She has the ability to help us in multiple areas of the field. She is also a great person off the field to add to our program," Softball Head Coach Tate Bruckner said.
Stephenie Ives is the daughter of Stephen and Debbie Ives. She is the recipient of a Mount Marty College Achievement Award Scholarship for her academic achievement and will also be receiving a softball scholarship. Stephenie will be pursuing a degree in Nursing at Mount Marty College.
