The College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) announced Monday the 2019 Google Cloud Academic All-America® NAIA Softball Team, and Simpson's Madison Wright earned a spot on the First Team. Wright, the 2017 Player of the Year and a four-time All-California Pacific Conference First Team selection, capped a stellar career with the Red Hawks with her recognition of her academic achievements. The senior Psychology major from Fallbrook, Calif., has compiled a 4.11 grade point average in her four years at Simpson.
