CHICAGO --- Strong performances during a very busy stretch of games between March 11-17 by both Saint Xavier University's Amanda Ruskowsky (New Lenox, Ill.) and Olivet Nazarene University's Emily Carstens (Peotone, Ill.) have earned the pair Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Softball Player and Pitcher of the Week accolades, respectively, it was announced by the league office Tuesday morning.
