[Softball] Three-Sweep! Warner and Swilley Capture AAC Player of the Week Honors

After a stellar week on the diamond that included two doubleheader sweeps, the Montreat Cavaliers' softball team capped it off by sweeping the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Player of the Week honors. Slugging first baseman Abby Swilley (SO/Riceville, TN) drove in 11 runs and batted .579 to power the Cavaliers to an overall 5-1 mark. On the hill, Cailin Warner (SO/Portland, OR) captured two wins and a save, and like Swilley did double-duty on the lineup card by slugging a grand slam.
