COSTA MESA, Calif. - The Lions came out victorious in their first game of the double header vs. the Ephs with a comeback victory, but fell in the second. Round one ended in a close 6-5 come from behind win for VU and but game two was an extra innings 7-5 deficit. Vanguard collected its 27th win and is currently 11-3 in conference.
