[Softball] Wehrle, Buckley Earn Postseason Accolades
MARION, Ind. – Postseason honors have been released as Miranda Wehrle and Lauren Buckley represented Indiana Wesleyan University softball on the NAIA and NFCA teams.
Wehrle was named NAIA All-American Second Team, NFCA NAIA All-American Second Team, and NFCA NAIA All-Region VI First Team. Buckely was selected to the NFCA NAIA All-Region VI Second Team.
Wehrle hit a team-leading .367 with 16 home runs, 16 doubles, 72 RBI, and a .744 slugging percentage. She also contributed a .383 on-base percentage and 48 runs scored.
Buckley led the Wildcats with 53 stolen bases and 60 runs scored. She hit .360 with a .444 on-base percentage.
