The Southern Ohio Cyclones Tryout Dates:
(We are based out of the Springfield, West Liberty Area)
August 5----- 16U (2-4pm)
18U (5-7pm)
August 6----- 16U (2-4pm)
18U (5-7pm)
Where: Springfield High School 701 East Home Road, Springfield Ohio
Please arrive early to register.
**We are expanding to 2 teams for this coming season. Our 16U team had an amazing summer which included undefeated championships at the Gem City Showdown and West Liberty Fireworks Blowout. We also finished 3rd at the SGS Magic Tournament playing with only 8 players on Sunday due to injuries. We also qualified for USSSA Nationals. We will play in 2-3 fall tournaments and 7 summer tournaments. Finished the season with 41 wins and 9 losses. Out of 7 tournaments, we made it to the championship game 4 times. We hit all winter at The Batcave, an indoor hitting center.
We train our girls to play in college. Our Cyclones have played at Marshall University, University of Dayton, Ohio Northern U, Muskingum U, just to name a few.
The 18U team will be coached by Coach Brett Sadler. The 16U will be coached by Coach Rick Price. Brett will also oversee the 16U team.
