Spring Sports Senior Profile — Softball's Alyssa Cook
MARIETTA, Ohio — Throughout the coming weeks, the Marietta College athletics department will be profiling our spring sports senior student-athletes who had their senior seasons cut short due to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic. Our next senior is Alyssa Cook (Akron, Ohio/Ellet) from the softball team. A four-year starter for the Pioneers, Alyssa has been a fixture at catcher for her entire career starting all but six of Marietta's games the past four years. A two-time All-OAC honorable mention honoree, Alyssa batted .322 with 116 career hits to go along with a .973 fielding percentage.
