STATIC 97 NORTH looking for a #1 catcher

Due to our #1 catcher, which is an absolute beast by the way, wanting to hang up her travel mit and pursue her golfing career we are now needing to replace her. Static 97 North is in need of a number one catcher/utility type player or just a catcher is fine. We are playing a high end schedule with plenty of showcases. Your daughter will get plenty of looks from college coaches with our schedule. If you are looking and are interested please let me know. We are practicing indoor Sunday January 27th. Please let me know if you need directions. This team is based out of Springfield, Ohio but we have players from all over including Troy, Piqua, Colerain Cincinnati, Florence Kentucky, Louisville Kentucky, Springfield and Akron. This is an all 97 team with a couple elite 98 players.

Beavercreek Warm up 6-1 to 6-2 if enough players back from school ball for live game practice
6-7 to 6-9 Dayton Metro
6-14 to 6-16 Lasers invite
6-20 to 6-23 ASA States
6-27 to 6-29 PGF Qualifier in Indy
Off July 4th weekend
7-11 to 7-14 PGF Indy Dreams Showcase
7-19 to 7-21 Gapps College Showcase
7-23 to 7-28 PGF Regional Championship in Chicagoland

Yes lewam3 golf. I am not happy my beast of a catcher decided that obviously but I respect her decision. These young ladies are getting to the age where they must decide what they want to do and golf was her decision. I wish her the best of luck.

Thanks Dreambig. As I said before, it stinks losing a player of this ability but I do support her decision. She will know if it is the right one or not in time. I do wish her the best of luck as we will stay in touch. All I can say to her at this point is drive them long and straight and putt them in, go gettem girl.

Thanks Les. You are correct, finding that player or players this time of year is not easy, especially at 16 or 18u. We did have a nice group that came out today and they understand I have a few more to look at. That is why they are all coming back next Sunday to give it another go and make one last go at it.

Thanks Les. I thought I had the right fit for us but they decided to go elsewhere. With that being said we are still looking for a number 1 catcher. If this is the game you truly enjoy and catching is what you want to do then this is the team for you. You will be playing in very nice tournaments and be put in front of college coaches often.
