We are proud to announce our 2016-17 tryouts dates which will all take place at Rowe Sports Complex (6480 Trenton-Franklin Rd, Middletown, OF 45042):

Aug 4th: 6:00 p.m. All age groups
Aug 6th: 9 - 12:00 (9-12U); 1 - 4:00 (13 - 18U+)
Aug 7th: 9 - 12:00 (9-12U); 1 - 4:00 (13 - 18U+)
Aug 13th: 9 - 12:00 (9-12U); 1 - 4:00 (13 - 18U+)

Kavin, In the past 4 years, how many girls have went on to play college softball that have played for your various teams ?

Our 10u team will be coach by Brian OHair. I have been involved in the fastpitch circuit for the past 10 years and excited to be starting back over with the 10u Static Elite. This team will be a new team preferably made up of 07 birthdays with a few 06 birthdays in the mix. All positions are are open. Obviously, pitchers and catchers are the top of our priority list. But I am looking for girls who want to improve and compete at a high level.




We plan to play a competitive schedule and will practice at ROWE Sports Complex in Middletown. They have a nice indoor building that will allow our players to work hard through the winter. If you have any questions please contact me. I will be at all the tryout dates listed above. If you cant make any of these you can contact me for a private tryout.

Mike - Girls who have personally played on my '97 team, there has been around 30. Obviously as an organization there are a ton more w/ all of Shep's Paul's, Brian's, Rob's, & Dennis' girls who either are or have gone onto play at the next level.

We are looking for a pitcher,shortstop, catcher who can play multiple positions and a outfielder. We will take 98's, 99's, or 00's who are up for a competitive team. We had 14 players this year all 14 have committed. We are looking for 5 players total to replace our girls who will be playing in college. What are the needs of the other two 18U teams? Have those been established yet?

As Shep has stated, my team is 18 & over but we are just looking for one player - preference is an outfielder with speed. This summer we went 40-2 & next year will play a reduced schedule of 4-5 tourneys w/ a completion date of mid July to allow the girls to have a month break before going back to college. However we will continue to offer practice after season's end for honing of skills. Our theory for this type of schedule is there is now no real reason to travel the country & instead put that money toward college.

Meyer's 18u team is in need of an established pitcher to go with a very strong defense. We are also looking to add a big bat to accompany the speed that we have added. 14U is an open tryout this year for all positions. Our 16U team is definitely looking for one more pitcher, speed (in general), & a player who can play multiple positions (utility type). If you need further detail than what I have given, feel free to call each coach as they are more than happy to discuss.

To help answer your question Mike about players off to college. The Static 97 North team has sent every girl to college that has played except for the ones going into nursing and I have one left that will be a senior with multiple looks and is undecided at this moment. This organization is well known with lots of contacts and will get you there if the players heart is in it and each player is doing their part as well.
