Cleveland State Softball will be hosting the 3rd Annual Holiday Classic 3-game round robin for 10U, 12U, 14U & 16U Fastpitch Teams. The 3-game round robin will be held at CSU's indoor dome facility on Payne and E18th. The indoor facility houses two-full softball fields at 190ft-left field, 200ft-center field, and 175ft-right field, with state-of-the-art turf.
Each team will play between the hours of 9:00am-8:00pm on their scheduled day. The schedule will be as follows:
10U - Tuesday, December 27, 2011
16U - Wednesday, December 28, 2011 - *9:00am - 4:00pm* - Only 9 teams will be accepted, and this age bracket will receive collegiate coach instruction.
12U - Thursday, December 29, 2011
14U - Friday, December 30, 2011.
The entry fee is $325, which includes each team playing a 3-game round robin, umpire/facility fees, and game balls. Each game will be played for 70-minutes, 10-minutes between each game for warm-up/umpire meeting, a drop-dead stop, and with ASA rules. A non-refundable $100 deposit will be due on or before Monday, October 31, 2011 to guarantee your team a spot in the 3-game round robin. Only 12 teams will be accepted per 10/12/14u age bracket, and only 9 teams will be accepted in the 16u age bracket. Please register quickly as space is limited.
