well it has always been my experience to say - it is never over til it's over, and upsets in who you think might win a softball game can change very quickly - but someone needs to tell me how Oak Hills beat Little Miami - that one has me boggled. Was Little Miami sleeping?

That isn't very surprising considering the teams that Oak Hills faces twice a season - the likes of #1 Colerain, #2 Fairfield, #3 Hamilton, #5 Lakota East, #7 Mason, as well as pretty tough Middletown and West. Compare that to Little Miami who played it's toughest games against Kings, Milford, and Glen Este and it isn't very hard to see how Oak Hills could beat Little Miami. Plus you should never underestimate a team during tournament time.

i predicted Oak hills to win (on other board)
they beat sycamore twice this season and sycamore beat Little Miami.
Also i think Oak hills has really improved and if their coaching staff
stays around i would look for them in the future to be a better team.

I was wondering the same thing but they say that they want to keep the tournament "uniform" and keep cost down.

i am a mason mom - and we had games scheduled at mason fields as well - the tarp doesn't help if it doesn't ever stop raining. the games scheduled on the mason fields were cancelled and are re-scheduled for today - mason varsity is playing at Fairfield.


Lastly i think the game of year is going to be Colrain vs. Lebanon - we know girls on both teams and it is hard to have a favorite - HOWEVER - Lebanon has one very big advantage - DEEP PITCHING!!! This is one I really want to watch!!
