Location: Morgantown, WV (Pro-Performance, Mylan Park, Turf Indoors)
Game Guarantee: 4 Game Guarantee (1 Hour 20 Minute Time Limit Games)
Cost: $475.00
(Individual medal awards for 1[SUP]st/ [/SUP]/ 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] Place Overall Only)
2 Umpires Per Game
6 Teams Maximum Per Age Group (Spots Excepted to Fill Fast)
Each Team must provide copy of insurance certificate to participate
