I dont need to read anything I grasp the concept of the hips leading the hands. The hands and hips connect ( OVERLAP ) to power the swing. Thats called OVERLAP! Stretch is when the hands and hips move together at the start. One is FORWARD BY COIL! One is loading! They both are moving..One is going forward the other is going rearward!
