Wanted to drop a thank you to the Fastpitch community. For 13 years, I ran Fastpitch events at Sinclair as a way to fundraise for our baseball program. During that time, I met a lot of really good people & have watched some really good softball.

Tonight, I finished my final event. I did the math and that's nearly 1500 hours on weekends that I've been watching softball. Coach Beachler and our softball program at Sinclair will continue to run events but I'm out. Our baseball team will look at some other fundraising opportunities.

Thanks again for supporting our events, & since I have two little daughters, maybe I'll you see you again soon.

Sinclair events was always a highlight, a way to break the monotony of winter, even when you had to make that walk from the parking lot in 7 degree weather or 8 inches of snow. My DD played in the very first event held with the Stingrays. My pitcher was on the mound the year when a flyball broke the waterpipe above her and dumped sewer water on her ala "CARRIE" lol. I saw some of the hardest hit h.r.'s from some of the best players ever to play in Ohio. The dent in the garage door holder was a H.R. from one of my players. Theres still dents in the walls from the "Boulder". I was delivered hotdogs to the dugout via Sinclair player "waiters" with a towel draped on their arm.

We made sure we attended every one no matter who i coached for at the time. Thanks for the memories Stephen.....
