The Ohio Bandits 14U

I am scheduling privates with a few girls on Monday August 10th around 5pm, as long as weather is permitting, if you are interested please email or call me prior to coming to the private .

The Ohio Bandits organization has been around since the 1980's. They have always played in the top tournaments in the state at 18u. This year we are extremely excited about creating a 14U Ohio Bandits, that will practice at 1779 Marvo Dr in Akron and also in Louisville. We will play a very competitive schedule, 1 fall tournament, 7-8 summer tournaments and spano winter league. Some of the tourneys we will want to get in are: Dayton Metro, Compuware or Lasers, States, Stingrays and Fire in the Sky. We are looking for girls that are ready to take their game to the next level and want to PLAY DEEP ON SUNDAYS!!! We are looking for all positions, we will carry 11 players that includes 2 catchers and 3 pitchers. Players will have time to play any non-softball activities that they may want to do through the school.

I have coached at many different levels of travel ball and have the knowledge to prepare your daughter for the next level! My oldest daughter along with some of her 18U Ohio Bandits teammates will be playing collegiately this coming year. I will be having them attend practices thru the season to help with drills and serve as a mentor to your daughters. I am also planning to work with Bob Hoiles who coaches the Beverly Bandits and he travels around teaching Howard Kobata fielding drills, to work with our teams fielding on occasion. We will also do hitting drills that include a lot of tee work. We also will break down the girls swings by video taping them, so they can see what things they are doing right and wrong.

My main goal for the girls is to prepare the freshmen for varsity softball this year and the middle school age players to prepare for next year's high school season.
