Is there a program out there that is hands down the best to use for a fastpitch tournament? If so, what is it and what is the website for it?

If there is not, Obsidian Design can probably put one together for you. They can also do live uploads from fields for a fee...

This is a great program. I use it for our tournaments as well. But you will need to get it early so you can play with it a bit, to learn how to do everything. Once you master it, it is truly a great tournament program.

This is the software that I use to put the Madriver Classic tournament together with and hands down it is the easiest and best software that I have found.

Has anyone try using these program to upload tournament update as tournament was being played.

I seen a program someplace that you could have your SITE (TD) log in and add score for there location. But have not seen it for some time now. Not sure what the name of the T-Software was but if anyone has seen something that you can update to a web URL well the tournaments in play please let me known about it.

I also seen someplace were you could text like one message to everyone Cell Number that you had in your contact list. It was some type of T-Software as well .. Would be nice to have if running into delays so you didn't have to keep people hanging out and waiting. Any clue what it may be or called.

Allpro software lets you update the site as the tournament is played, I just don't know if it can be don on multiple computers. I will look at it later today and and let you know the outcome.

Thanks Trying to find stuff that I will need for the World Series, But I would also like to get these Tools in place and use for all my tournaments.

I've try in the past to try and do updates as the tournament was in play, but have had very little luck in getting it done.

I think that Texting everyone on your contact list or Contact Group can be done with about any cell phone with a Text Plan.

I just think that would be a great plus to have that tool in a tournament.

But I'm really wanted to be able to update Tournament Results as were in play as well.

I'm sure it can be done, But at what cost ?

Obsidian did the Stingrays tournament..

Ricky, I think the program you are thinking about is called Tournament Director. It is a web based program, I think. I am trying to find it now.

We worked with Obsidian last year and it was great. They did a great job. We still did the field scheduling and management, but Osidian did all of the web scoring and updates.
