What type of awards do the girls prefer for winning a tournament. ?I am also interested if it differs from 10U - 18U.

I, as a 18u player, would be happy with either a traditional trophey, a plaque, or a VERY Nice t-shirt. Those tournaments that you win and all you get is a crappy t-shirt that will just be thrown in a rag basket is a waste of TD's money.
