Since the Cali teams/players thread has been such a hot topic I thought I would start a thread on one of the things we can do to help our DD?s improve on their own.
We are starting a daily journal so she can track / remember what needs to be done.
With that in mind I am looking for some samples, suggestions, goals, comments, etc to include with the calendar.
Example:
TEE work (5X per week)
Pitching (5X per week)
Weight training (3X week)
Cardio (3X week)
Very interested in everyone?s input on this. I would be more than happy to share when complete.
