I have a 14u girls fast pitch soft ball team who are very good, we won a few tournaments. But I'm looking for a travel league to put my girls into. I have been hearing that CVEL is very water down and it's not a true travel league. Can some one direct me into finding this type of league.

I know the boys have quit a few leagues such as GABF (Greater Akron Baseball Fed.) or GLBL (Great Lakes Baseball League) There has to be something for the girls. I live in the Akron, Ohio and Cuyahoga Valley Elite League is just not the level of compentition I want, its too week!

Thanks

Why do you want to stay in a league? If you are a travel team than start travelling the state, there is loads of compition out there. Tournaments galore in USSSA, ASA etc...good luck, have fun, start travelling and maybe we will see you on the field this summer.....

Lancaster has a nice league that a few other travel teams play in but I believe that you have to play up a division. like the 12's play in the 14's

The league is actually the LMOGSO (Lorain/Medina chapter of the Ohio Girls Softball Organization), web site is www.leaguelineup.com/lmogso. Teams are from communities/school districts such as Wellington, Amherst, Oberlin, Keystone, Buckeye, Cloverleaf, Lorain, Medina and others. Hope this helps.
