Typical Ohio Try outs?

How do teams handle their typical try outs in Ohio? from drills to positions to having different coaches handle different positions.

What all do you do for your pitchers?
Catchers?
Infielders?
Outfielders?

I was just wondering because in the past, we picked up one or two players that we needed mainly by word of mouth. But this year we have had several people contact us about trying out and we are holding an actual try out this year to make sure we don't forget about anyone.

Feedback is appreciated on what makes a good try out. ;&

You could have you pitchers throw the pitches that they know and clock their speed.

You can have your catcher catch the pitcher, then see how they are at blocking & their throwdown to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.

Your infielders could take grounders and throw to first, or wherever.

& your outfielders can take fly balls, and hard ground shots and throw it in quickly.

Those are just some ideas, plus you could add more to each drill.
