If I was attending one of your practices what would I expect to happen as a player?

A learning environment! My players often give me crap about talking too much lol. Softball IQ is what makes good teams great. I tell them that just because I can tell you the rules of chess, that doesn't mean I can really play chess. There is a ton of strategy. I often have "chalk talk" also where I discuss topics like how to be a great teammate, mental toughness, how to be a champion in life, etc. I even did a book study a couple years ago. We also implement team building and competition as much as we can.
