ULTIMATE BEAST OF A QUALIFIER TOURNAMENT
You have the opportunity for your team to qualify for their 2012 berth, in 2011. The ULTIMATE BEAST OF A QUALIFIER TOURNAMENT will be offering 2 berths per age group to Eastern Nationals and 1 berth to the Hall of Fame Qualifier per age groups. This applies to all age groups 12U, 14U, 16U & 18U. The 10U age group does not receive a berth.
TOURNAMENT DETAILS
DATE: Friday, September 23, 2011 thru Sunday, September 25, 2011
LOCATION: Rumpke Park, 10400 State Rt 128, Harrison, OH 45030
SANCTION: ASA ?A? for 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, 18U
FORMAT: 4 game guarantee, 2 pool play, followed by double elimination
FEE: $390 payment required at registration
GATE: $5/per day/$8 weekend pass ( 16 yrs and older)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Proof of insurance need to be provided by all teams, rosters will need to be brought to the tournament.
BERGY & THE BEAST CLINIC
Partnering with The Ultimate Beast of a Qualifier, Crystl Bustos and Laura Berg will be offering clinics throughout the weekend per age group. You would have the opportunity to attend the clinic while playing with your team in the tournament. The clinics are set up per age group and scheduled so you can participate in the clinic and not miss any tournament games.

Saturday, September 24, 2011: 11:30am -2:30pm (16U & 18U)
Saturday, September 24, 2011: 4:00pm - 7:00pm (12u & 14U)
Sunday, September 25, 2011: 10:00am - 1:00pm (8U & 10U)
All clinic sessions will be held at Rumpke Park. Clinic Fee is $80, which includes entry into park. You will receive a Bergy & The Beast Clinic tee with your pre- registration.
