un ethical program / parenting 101

I do not understand a program that raids another program and thinks it is ok, while I surely do not think a program owns any player......but why would you reach in and recruit a player on the eve of a tournament with out even thinking how that is going to effect the rest of those players......maybe it is a parent that has to step in to say a commitment is a commitment

Is it safe to assume that based on your post in the teams needing players fourm and this post that your starting pitcher left for what her and her family believe to be greener pastures?

Very popular thing to do up here in the Northeastern part of our state, that is for dang sure! Been going on for a few years with a couple of them.
