This is just my opinion, but I always suggest not spending too much money on uniforms. I think a simple jersey and basic pair of pants, can win a game as good as a very expensive uniform. The player's won't want to hear that, but it's the truth!

So true. I played adult ball for seemingly a million years and always got a chuckle when a team came out decked out in flashy uniforms, matching bags and all the trappings and couldn't play a lick. I'd rather have a good team with less as far as uniforms than the reverse.

I've seen this taken to the extreme, where girls on what are supposed to be Very good teams get crappy cotton tee shirt jerseys and some nickers and are told "it's not about the uniform"
While that is true - it is not ABOUT the uniform, But the girls (and I assume all kids) tend to play better when they are in decent uniforms. I wouldn't go crazy but I would go with a decent mid-price dry fit jersey and pants that look good and ware well.

It shouldn't matter or impact their talent/skill/level of play. But fashion is important to young ladies.

27apparal has done ours for the last few seasons. They do great sublimated and our local dealer (Lancaster Sporting Goods) has decent prices on them. The jerseys hold up great. For pants though, depending on the age group, I wouldnt spent much..All it takes is one good slide on a more-gravel-than-dirt kind of field and those babies are headed to the trash can. We are doing plain, easily replaceable pants and a few sublimated jerseys.

Any new uniform would look good. And I'm a girl, a very old girl, but still a girl.
