I am actually working on the chicken wings. Nothing in stone yet, but I am trying ! :yahoo:

Over 100 college coaches have been invited to this event.

Just found out today that the Frickers Chicken might be there with lots of free goodies. Possibly T-shirts, coozies, frickers bucks, etc.

Should be a fun tournament ! :yahoo:

You may use your 2010 ASA Sanction # to enter the tournament, BUT your official roster must be your 2011 team and you must play in the age group you will be playing in during the 2011 season.

Example: If your 2010 team is still 16U eligible in October but after Jan. 1 you will have to move up due to some birthdays then you must play 18U in this tournament.

This is going to be the best one in the area, way to go Rob. Hope to eat a few chicken chunks (Hot) that weekend? Hope Big mike will be there as well, he still owes me a card, or some sort of gift basket for the call I made to him when he was a (little) sick. lol... Looking forward to playing in this.:yahoo:

We hope this will become the place to be for the "Upper Crust" to come and showcase their skills. This is how we sold it when we were inviting the college coaches.

Sure there are other tournaments to play in but if you are a "Top Shelf" organization or team, this is where you will want to be.

For the past 4 years this was billed as the Valley Storm "Fall Frenzy" which always went great, but now that we have decided to make this a "Exposure" type event, and have the help of some Nationwide sponsors we decided to change the name.

Same great tournament but with the addition of "College Prospects of America" and the college coaches and scouts that have been invited, we now offer a great chance to not only get recruitment advice, but a chance to be seen in real game play, not during a 1 hour fake showcase as I have seen in some places.

Who have been the college coaches who have responded. We are trying to decide between the Midwest Signature Showcase and the "Fricken" event.

Have many "Possible" attendees telling us waiting on budget details and Allocations from the school itself.

We are offering Free Food all weekend for the College coaches as well as a very reduced hotel rate.

We are billing this as "Best Fricken Showcase" so we are trying to make it worth their time.

Love to have you come to Tipp City and play at our Excellent facility!

We are working with a local television network to try to get some of the games televised on local channels.

This would be a first for us!! Would be a great opportunity for the teams to play on TV !! :yahoo:

I agree....Too bad on the same weekend. Maybe next year we can shift. I have 24 Colleges saying they are on the "Possible" list and 1 on the "Maybe".

It seems that most are waiting verify their fall schedules and budgets.

That is all I know.

We Can't control either of the two. They have been invited, now we play the waiting game.

Have invited over 100 Coaches.
