Senior Emma Varrato came into Thursday's non-conference doubleheader with Franklin & Marshall only three hits shy of breaking the Elizabethtown College softball program's all-time record for career hits. Varrato tied the record in game two before singling through the left side to break the record. E-town won both games over the Diplomats by scores of 4-2 and 11-8.
